Why was it easier for Naruto to convince a 50 year old jaded old woman in the search for Tsunade arc to come back to the village and not a kid similar to his own age in Sasuke to come back.

It was just a thought I had, you would think it would be easier for Naruto to convince someone his ow age like Sasuke and Garra, which he did in the previous two arcs, the it would be for Tsunade. But he failed to do so with Sasuke and not with Tsunade or even Garra. I don’t hate it; I think it was perfect for the story but still curious about it regardless.
