Wrongfully banned and support team wont help

I got banned for malicious conduct on a private server that I owned. Well, thing is, the webhook was hacked/leaked and started spamming malicious messages Im guessing so that must have caused the ban.

I only used the server for storing notes, photos, and video storage.

I am really sad, if anyone knows a method on getting unbanned please let me know. The BB method doesn't work anymore sadly, all the support team gives me is an ai reponse every time, this is a almost 9 year old discord account and i had lots of memories.
