Almost 6 years

I was told it would be about 4 to 5 years after my hysterectomy that I would start menopause. I think it is happening. Had it all removed but the ovaries in 2021. (i just turned 34)

The weight, the mood, the weird cyst like pimples on collarbone and neck, the hair loss.

Could just be from stress about the world and what is happening in it HA

support? recommendations? idk 🤷‍♀️
