Are away rotations required or can I have multiple SLOEs from hospitals affiliated with my medical school?

I’m unfortunately unable to apply for aways because my school does not allow people with an outstanding reassessment to apply for aways. So as of now I have 3 EM rotations scheduled at 3 different hospitals but they are intramural electives/affiliated with my medical school. One is my core EM rotation, and the other 2 are an academic program at another hospital and a community program at another hospital. I keep seeing I need to get a SLOE from a home program and away program, but will SLOEs from these 2 other hospitals be okay or enough?
