Bad hormonal fluctuation a year after insertion!

Hey all, so I have had the Mirena coil in for about a year now, and had my son March 2025.

Recently I’ve been having these crazy dips with my hormones it’s been a genuine rollercoaster. Yesterday I had almost like a “mini period” where I was cramping pretty bad, and bleeding very lightly but noticeable enough, but also not heavy enough for a pad/tampon. Today I’ve woken up and felt so crashy. Went for a walk with my family and got home, after about 2 hours I felt awful. Like I’d been hit by a bus! My body was fatigued, legs were slightly sore, my anxiety was going 100 miles an hour, and I genuinely felt extremely off (which triggered my anxiety even more!) I’ve recently had full blood tests and thyroid checks to make sure it’s nothing sinister or health related but all my tests came back normal!

Has anyone else experienced this? I’m heavily debating getting my Mirena taken out as after about 6 months of having it last time, my periods stopped. Now they’re sporadic and can last anywhere from a few hours to a few days at any given point.

At my wits end with feeling so extremely anxious all the time and feeling like complete shite! Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
