RBTR Contract Cutting - Reviews?

Has anyone used RBTR's contract cutting and what is your review? What was the process like? How expensive is it?

I'd like to make a run of the same bag for friends/family, but I struggle with cutting and find it time consuming. RBTR contract cutting seems like a way to learn something new and maybe saving some time.
