Dear perlabus devs, please allow me to ring the bell and use shops in the other kingdoms without progressing the story

as the title says I love this game but I have one complaint and that is the fact that when I go to ring the bell in another Kingdom it does not work until I have reached a certain point in the storyline around chapter 7 I am almost 100 hours into this game and I cannot get the dye house open because it won't let me interact with the shopkeep. other than that this game is 10 out of 10
