2nd egg retrieval

I had my first egg retrieval 3 weeks ago. I am starting the process all over again tomorrow for my 2nd egg retrieval.

First retrieval- 4 follicles, 4 eggs, 1 day 5 embryo and pgt-a testing abnormal.

I’m worried about the second one resulting in the same.

I am maxed out on Gonal.

Any advice or tips or success with 2nd retrieval vs 1st??

I’m 37. Low ovarian reserve- only 6 total follicles at baseline.
