I frequently tell people they don’t need me and I value integrity more than dollars. The internet totally changed the shape and size of the need for Realtors and everyone knows this except Realtors, who now spend more time at lunch discussing marketing strategies with their competitors than actually doing their jobs. I currently focus on commercial deals, but my past in residential is what showed me how screwed up the industry is, so that’s how I tagged it.
