Best party composition

hi I just got the game and I was wondering what classes starting traits and all that is best. I usually like to optimize everything and I already found some info from wartales wiki and found some guides but I feel like they might be a little bit outdated so u wanted to ask what is the current meta start and party composition.

tldr: What's the games meta party?
