Pain in right pelvis / ovary that radiates to back

Has anyone experienced anything like this? Throughout this pregnancy from around 20 weeks I’ve experienced this intense squeezing type pain about 3 /4 times now, it’s always in my right ovary area sometimes radiating to my right back , its so painful each time I feel like something has ruptured or I’m about to give birth … but it’s always the right side and like a very tight pain.

I’ve been to the maternity department twice , once in an ambulances and both times they said because the pain isn’t happening right now it’s probably nothing serious ( it stopped by the time I was seen) I even mentioned to my midwife she just said keep an eye on it. Nobody seems to be concerned but it’s extremely painful when it happens. I’ve asked during scans to look at my ovaries and they’ve said they wouldn’t be able to see them at this stage.

So I guess I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
