BPC-157 for bilateral shoulder injuries. Should I stick to one injection site or alternate?

Question

Hey everyone, looking for some input on my protocol.

I've been dealing with injuries in both shoulders, but my right was noticeably worse so I decided to start injecting BPC-157 locally into that side. I'm 4 days in and honestly pretty impressed, did push day today and my right shoulder felt significantly better than it has in a while.

Usually my left would always be the one that felt better after a push day but today the right one did.

Now that the right is responding well, I'm debating whether I should:

  1. **Alternate daily**: left one day, right the next

  2. **Split the dose**: and inject both sides daily at half the dose each.

Imo, splitting the dose and injecting both makes the most sense. In this case, would I be able to use the same syringe twice?

What would you guys do in this situation? Appreciate any input.
