Work/daycare/everyday bag suggestions?

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good work/daycare/everyday bag for an adult and 2 children (toddler and newborn)? It doesn’t have to be a traditional diaper bag

I end up carrying 73 bags in the morning and it’s driving me nuts. I also struggle with being able to get everything out of the car in the evening so stuff just tends to live in my car until the weekend when it’s a mess and I can’t handle it. My toddler and soon to be born #2 will both attend daycare at my work. I currently am carrying a cross body bag with my essentials; a larger bag for toddlers lunch box, my lunch box and water bottle; and another bag with extras for daycare.

I’m not going to be able to do that and wrangle 2 kids out of a parking lot every morning.

The ideal bag would ideally fit my necessities (keys, wallet); things for work (occasional laptop, large water bottle, lunchbox, jacket); toddler’s items (daycare lunchbox/extra supplies like a few diapers and small pack wipes); and stuff for a baby for daycare (bottles, extra clothes, diapers, etc). I may also need to fit pumping supplies in said bag (baby #2 isn’t here yet so we’ll see if I pump, formula, or EBF). I feel like I’m looking for a unicorn of a bag but truly being able to load everything up for the 3 of us into one bag and just has one bag to bring in/out to the car would be best case scenario for me.

I’d also love the bag to be functional for weekends and for years to come. I’m really over our diaper bag and would be fine transitioning to a different bag to fit stuff for 2 kids if it was the right bag. SOS!!
