Advice on safe leaving

So im finally done! If I dont leave I'll end up dead ( either by him or me unaliving ) I have a safe place to go its just clear across the country :( I have a difficult time driving due to medications so I'm trying to figure out the best and safest moving service for me and 3 dogs. Im in NC headed to Washington hopefully. I did put a request in with the dv underground railroad so hopefully they can help. Any advice or information would be so helpful. Thank you
