Downfall - genuine advice needed

So I have started getting around 570s in Intensive papers but today's AIATS was shit i know it wasnt hard but idk if i will even score above 500. more than anything i was just too scared. to people scoring good, where are you preparing ypurself from now? what tests and resources? i know fs that these mere 14-15 CSTs wont be enough and i am willong to do all it takes, just tell me fucking anything where to improve.
