3060 ti vs 3070 vs 2080ti vs 1080ti

i previously got a 1080ti that was DOA and now I'm not looking forward to being in that spot again. so considering my 1080p at 75hz display that i am content with, what gpu is gonna be worth the money, what will play most games at least medium/high and is at the price that's good? nothing below a 1080ti in rasterization though.
