THEORY: act 2 will have more focus on the criminal world and in the search for a new lava rock
I belive that act 2 will have a focus in the criminal word and in the search for a new lava rock, And I speculate this based on the first enemies that appeared in acts 1 and 2. At the beginning of Jojolands, the first antagonists were the corrupt police officers, and most of the enemies in the story up until the start of act 2 were corrupt members of important societal institutions. And in chapter 33 (the beginning of act 2), the first people to antagonize Jodio, Dragona, and Usagi were delinquents, and then the hacker who was scamming Usagi's mother, and now it is a Stand user (Max or someone else) who seems to be connected to that scam. Another factor that supports my theory is the situation with the lava rock. In act 1, the protagonists get access to it after a theft and use it to try to steal the Howler family's lands, who had gained and kept all their fortune thanks to a lava rock as well. And since none of them possess a lava rock anymore, Hacca Howler is now considered a criminal just like the protagonists, and now both are at the mercy of society and sunk into criminal activities, so the story's scenarios will start to take place more in criminal and more abandoned settings like the 'underworld' of society, unlike in act 1, especially Howler since he is wanted by the government, so this leads me to believe that most of the enemies from now on will be criminals and people looking for lava rocks just like the protagonists and Hacca, and it is possible that this new stand user who appears to be Max has connections with other criminals and after the protagonists defeat him or whoever is behind this scheme, they will start being pursued by his associates, but I’m not very sure about that, and with all this scenario it is very likely that we will see a counterpart of Diavolo using a new version of King Crimson
