Seeking Advice for Goblins for a Tournament

I'm taking Goblins to a local tournament next month. Buget is 1.1million Gold.

I have played a few friendly games using them, but don't feel like i've fully clicked into the various nuances of the positionals yet.

Suggestions and advice on which positionals to take, which to skip, and good use of my free skills / star points would be very welcome!
