Switching from smapi to steam

Hi, so I've been playing to modded Stardew for a few years now but I wanted to start a new save with my best friend who doesn't like mods. I'm looking for a way to keep my single mode save for when I'm alone and also being able to run Stardew normally (without smapi) on steam for when I play with him
