Itineraries for Prague /Budapest /Vienna?

I’m arriving at Munich on the 22/5 morning and leaving on 31/5 afternoon from Frankfurt. Planning to visit Prague and debating should I split couple days for Budapest or Vienna? Probably needa save 2 full days for Munich and Frankfurt since I will be there already. Any thoughts?
