Any Solution to Possibly Lessen Migraine Attacks?
My migraine is always frequent and it is to the point that I would keep getting it from a range of every 2 weeks to a few days in between a week. The longest time I had without a migraine is 2 months and it suddenly came back more active than ever. The worst part is that I can't pinpoint what it is causing it and how to lessen the intensity of these attacks since whenever I do have these migraines, I would always vomit if I don't nap in time. I already tried finding solutions on my own such as eating vitamins B12, exercising daily, and going to my doctor for prescribed pills to help with my migraines attacks (which involuntarily made me more nauseous after taking the pills). I really don't want to be stuck with this endless charade of guessing which day I have migraine and then taking Advil because let's be honest, taking Advil each week is not healthy at all. So I'm actually running out of ideas and desperately need some consulting.
