Technics SA 5470?

Hi, I’m checking in here before buying this piece for $200. The owner says it hasn’t been cleaned in the last 7 years or so and has a bit of a crackling when turning on a few knobs. Everything else works good. Appreciate any feedback or anything i should clarify w/the owner?

I’m not handy to do any repairs and i would want to limit to take it to repair as much as i can.
