Camino with kids

Single mom looking at walking the Camino with my two daughters (9 and 10). Obviously we would want private rooms along the way for safety reasons. Any advice or websites to book through that would keep safety/ distance in mind? Thinking of doing the last portion but also thought about doing more of it by walking some and taking cabs on certain days to complete more without the kids burning out. I’m a teacher so we can spend a good amount of time in the summer completing it. Any advice or experience appreciated.
