Whats that one thing you could do to be back to your ex?

I was really too much in love with this one person but because of some reasons , I was the one who broke up. But i deep down loved that person more than myself and i still do. We study differently, not in same college , but I genuinely love him still , more than myself. Ive realised my mistake but I cant text him. Any way???
