Almost everything i download is "blocked by my organization" on my personal machine.

Recently on my personal machine when i download most files it says "Blocked by your organization", but the thing is I have never logged in anywhere with my school email on this PC, have never opened any school-issued programs or anything school related, ive tried multiple browsers and it still says this. BUT on another account on this PC everything works fine. Both are administrators, and both were created when i bought it, but on my main account i can only download PDF's and MP3/MP4 and it blocks all .exe but on the second account everything downloads as it should.

How do i fix it or make all my files visible on the second account? Ty in advance!
