Bosch Oven Door Locked (probably bad temperature sensor)

I have a Bosch in-wall oven.

Model HBL8751UCC/02

Last night the oven wouldn't heat up. I would set a temperature and it would immediately beep and show that it was at the temperature and wouldn't heat up at all. I had to flip the breaker in order to get the fan to shut off.

I was watching a youtube video for trouble shooting and I took off the back panel piece covering the convection heating element. When I did this I got the error code of unsafe temperature.

I closed the oven door and now it is locked. I left the breaker off all night and now when I flip it back on, the oven has the lock symbol and it says "cooling down".

None of the buttons do anything except for beep.

Is there a manual override to unlock this?
