Hashimoto’s Postpartum

Hey y’all!

Just had a baby 2 weeks ago and wanting some advice. I was diagnosed after my first with Hashimoto’s even though I was subclinical. I’ve been taking meds for over a year now and just had my second. Recently, I’ve been having a ton of hot and cold flashes that feel different than the hot and cold flashes of typical postpartum/getting rid of excess fluid. My resting heart rate ranges from 90-105 when I’m typically around 70/80 and was this way during pregnancy. I’m wondering if maybe I’m in a hyper phase? I’ve never been hyper before and I don’t remember if I bumped meds up during pregnancy (if I did, it would’ve just been 75 or 88 to 100mg).

Any advice would be great!
