People with the Tamron 11-20mm f2.8, what do you think about it?

I love shooting landscapes and the widest I can go is 16mm on my kit lens. I usually go on hikes and I tend to prefer lighter lenses. I am now looking for a Tamron 11-20mm f2.8, and I would like to ask those of you who have this lens what is it that you dislike about it. Is it well balanced on a sony APSC body?
