Married couple, one with C Permit, the other with B permit

Hi all,

I am wondering how to deal with the nearcoming situation.

How is the tax declaration supposed to be if half of the couple has a C permit and the other half a B permit but the Steueramt consider the couple as a holding for paying taxes…

Any insights about this?
