Am I being paranoid?

Almost 31 weeks with twins

Hi everyone, just wondering what does this look like? For context, I’ve had a bit of spotting when I was 9-10 weeks and had it checked out by the hospital. Last week, I had some rectal bleeding because of a potential haemorrhoid that had burst open (rang the hopsital then too) I have had 2 scans since and all looked okay. Today, after I peed, I saw this on the toilet paper. Pee seemed fine, didn’t see this discharge (?) after. Rang the hospital and they said only come in if it changes.

Am I being paranoid? Thanks
