is there honestly any good tanks? in the game anymore or did they all get nerfed?.

so long story short i put down the game for over a month or two due to me just taking the game way to seriously but did i miss something or did most of the tanks in game get nerfed?, i'm not trying to sound like a sore looser but the tanks that used to be goated like Hulk, Rogue and Angela have all seemingly become weaker, maybe it's just me being rusty but i swear half these characters didn't have as little punch as they do now.
