Free streaming site with no buffering issues?

I've tried a few free sites but they all buffer every 30 seconds even though my fiber internet is fine. It makes watching anything impossible. Are there any sites with actually decent servers?

EDIT: I tried https://cine.su and it’s actually fast. No buffering at all even on 1080p
