Final Solution to Stop Mastrubation?

I met a kid yesterday and unfortunately the topic has arrived, he generally masturbates twice a day and he is very self-conscious kid, when confronted he said that since he is a fat guy with average and highly egoistic he didn't make any FWB(he is very open minded and doesn't believe in love) and from his genetics(he first found porn in their family mobile, so he assumed that his parents watch porn a lot and he inherited it) he mastrubates a lot. Since he is self-aware he is stating that if he had sex with anyone for certain amount of times thrn he stops mastrubation. But he is unable to find a FWB in India, I want tips and recommendations to overcome this situation.
