Hi! Already had my JO letter signed since February and will be starting my onsite training soon (mga 2 days from now actually LOL).

I'd just like to ask sana C1 employees especially sa Sr. Operations Rep na role, kamusta po yung training? What tips are you willing to give? Super kabado lang given na it'll be my first time sa BPO industry.
