ONE and DUO support are done: v1.8.0 pending

MIDI Captain ONE and DUO support are done! They were a bit trickier due to the different display - it's just a simple segmented LCD. Some patient reverse engineering got that going, though, and everything works as expected! This will be the v1.8.0 release.

It's at v1.8.0-rc1 right now. I put all of the pedals through some robust manual testing last night and unfortunately came up with some pretty big bugs. That's why we use pre-release tags!

The biggest one that I don't want to release without fixing is #95 - it only sends messages on channel 1 via usb, and presumably DIN. It looks mostly correct on serial. And Global Channel still doesn't appear to work (#71). So there's a disconnect there, when every output should probably be getting their data from the same place. Could be related to #81, single source of schema. But maybe not. Either way, i want to at least get #95 and #71 closed out before releasing v1.8.0.
