Accuracy Systems Inc Hand Guard & Gas Pipe

Anybody have any real world experience with either of these? Any issues? I'm thinking about ordering the non-vented hand guard and curious about how well it dissipates or absorbs heat. Also thinking about getting the heavy duty gas pipe to pair with a .045 bushing.
