Drop fps after the update

I'm suffering guys I was playing in 120 110 fps with my rtx 3050 and i5 now I'm playing with max 60 on rebirth does anyone have solution on this situation I lowered everything and I preloaded the shaders in case that installed incorrectly, I need solution guys
