Excess

thought id start with that im dyslexic so i apologies for my writing and grammar. so about 2 weeks ago my motorcycle was stolen early hours of the morning caught on camera the culprit opened our front gate and entered our yard. when we woke up and found it stolen reported it immediately to police and insurance police located it 36 hours later with minor cosmetic damage unsure of internal damage as of yet. the bike is currently with insurance and has been booked into assessors the problem I have is due to the culprit not being found yet apparently I will have to pay the excess which is 725 im on centerlink and cant afford this. is there anything I can do i have full comp insurance on it and this would be my first claim. based in Australia
