Why am I suddenly getting male attention?

Okay so this has been confusing me for a while. I’ve never gotten attention from guys in my entire life. Like… zero. No flirting, no “hey what’s your snap?”, nothing. It was probably because I’m not attractive. Every time I take a picture I look horrible, and I genuinely feel like I’m an ugly girl.

But then mid‑2025 hits and suddenly guys are coming up to me at school asking for my socials and guys at parties would cling to me or try to talk to me the whole night. And I’m just standing there like… why now?? I don’t feel like I look any different. I don’t feel prettier. I don’t feel like I “glowed up” or anything.

It honestly makes me feel even more confused because I still see myself as ugly, so the attention doesn’t make sense to me at all.
