Tickets I sold are being returned?!

I sold 2 tickets (instant download) that were immediately accepted by the buyer! Today I received an email that tickets were returne! Email only states returning wrong ticket. The dates are not wrong? Everything matches up to the listing. No other information than to accept the transfer of tickets! Has this ever happen to anyone? I thought sales are final?
