Smoke free building violations-MIRAMAR

Anyone who has moved in have any issues with smelling cigarette smoke coming into their apartment from their bathroom and/or kitchen vents? I have barely two months here and it’s been almost every day throughout the day and night. I was told complaints have been made but I’m not sure how they will rectify this issue even though we had to sign smoke free consents during our lease signing. Any advice on how to approach this? I will be emailing management tomorrow early morning.
