Question about vegetables in chicken broth….

I plan on making chicken broth with lotsa veggies but I want to freeze the broth when it’s done. Do you think I can freeze the veggies as well? I wonder about this because they are very soft when coming out of the broth and I don’t want them to defrost as total mush. Any suggestions welcome. Thank you!
