HDMI output keeps defaulting to 4K. How do I keep HDMI to stay on 1080?

I am taking the HDMI output of a Sony ZV-E10 into a Cam Link for streaming. The current computer won't handle the 4K very well so trying to stay with HD but the camera output keeps defaulting to 4K as soon as the HDMI gets plugged in.
