Hey everyone!

I’m looking for two chill flatmates to join me at a 3BHK in Prestige Sunnyside Oak, Kadubeesanahalli. It’s a great location, literally right next to Prestige Tech Park and very close to the ORR offices. This is a direct deal with the owner, so there’s zero brokerage involved.

The Financials:

• Total Rent: 97k (currently negotiating with the owner to bring this down).

• Deposit: 4 Months (can be negotiated with Owner)

• Brokerage: ₹0.

The Setup:

It’s a spacious 3BHK with 3 washrooms with good big rooms. There are two balconies and you get the Tech Park skyline view (11th floor guys!!)

• Since it’s a Prestige property, we’ll have access to all the standard amenities (gym, pool, clubhouse, etc.).

A Bit About Me:

I’m a 28-year-old guy from Delhi, currently working as a Product lead at a fintech. I’m easy-going and believe in keeping the flat a stress-free, well-managed home.

House Vibes:

• Food: Non-Vegetarian

• Habits: Non-smoker.

• Vibe: I value a clean, organized living space. I'm happy to hang out or grab a drink over the weekend, but I also respect personal space during the work week.

Who I’m Looking For:

• Responsible folks who are prompt with rent and bills.

• Ideally non-smokers.

• People who want to keep the common areas tidy and maintain a positive vibe in the house.

Looking to close the deal as soon as possible.
