Management issues

I’ve been trying to move off of the shift I’ve been on for years. I have applied for over 5 different positions. I have been in the same position I am in currently for 7 years. My coach and team lead constantly antagonize and isolate me. They schedule me to work 14+ hours of freight by myself and tell my coworkers that they cannot come help me with it, and put two coworkers working one palette with 10 boxes on it right next to me. They tell my coworkers not to speak to me. Im not allowed to voice my frustrations or say anything about needing help because I have too much freight. I don’t want to go to ethics because I will be retaliated against. How can I move shifts to get away from it if they are making it impossible?
