Selling north Brisbane

We live around north lakes and we have a fair chunk of equity in our home if we were to sell now. We want more land (1000-3000m2) and looking around Wamuran, Woodford way. Would it be wise to sell now or do you think it’s better to hold on to it and wait? And why? Or build and rent it? We have a business so would renting it and building be a wiser choice? I will seek professional financial advice but just wanted to hear any pros and cons.
