How to score good in quant

i am not able to reduce my fear of quant in banking exam. this fear is building in me even iam not attempting mocks. what to do help me out. nor im able to increase speed.... my concept are clear but still during mock im got confused 😕... and takes lot of time.... suggest me something to get read of this
