Overall Tier List Update | LWF/RWF, LMF/RMF & CMF Rankings (04.05)
This overall tier list update covers three positions: LWF/RWF, LMF/RMF, and CMF, following the release of Ribéry and Karembeu.
Ribéry (LWF/RWF): Pro Rank #6 | Public Rank #8 | Overall Rank #7
Ribéry (LMF/RMF): Pro Rank #5 | Public Rank #7 | Overall Rank #6
Entry Comment: This Ribéry card is a strange one indeed! His on-the-ball feel is insane, and his passing and shooting technique show no flaws, but his practical usability is low purely due to his frail physique and playstyle positioning. Although he made the Top 5 in two positions, both of these positions are relatively niche.
Ribéry placed 5th in the Crosser poll. For players who use a crossing playstyle and also love an incredible on-the-ball feel for dribbling, he's worth a try (the main drawback is that he can't play on the right side).
Ultimately, with Karembeu only making the Top 10, Ribéry the Top 5, and Gattuso not even making the Top 10, this new pack feels a bit underwhelming for its value.
