Hot slugger or Hellwalker?

Im currently playing as c4sh and was wondering which one is better the Hell walker or Hot Slugger?

the reason I ask this is because I’ve maxed out nothing beats lead so would that make the hellwalker better ? due to the fire damage getting converted into Kinetic
