Lots of small issues in current stay- what to do? [Buffalo]

Hey folks, I’m staying in an Airbnb with a ‘super host’ status and I’ve found a number of small issues that make it an uncomfortable stay. I don’t want to mess with their reviews, but also don’t want to seem like a nitpicker but I feel they need to know. What’s my best course of action?

- coffee table is so wobbly it’s not really useable for drinks

-no forks. At all.

-found an old floater beer in a window and blonde hairs in the bed

-no ice cube trays

-the creamer cups seem like they’ve gone bad

-there is some sort of leak in the living room, with wetness on the wall and drywall falling off the ceiling

-the sheets suck. They’re all low quality uncomfortable microfiber.

-there aren’t enough seats in the living room for a place that has three bedrooms/up to nine guests. There’s a three seater sofa and a chair.

-and then just like little stuff that seems like they’ve never stayed here. Like the TV being wayyyy too high.
